About Course

Sufi stories are parables and fables from the seventh-century Islamic mysticism
known as Sufism. These stories, written by Sufi saints and scholars, contain metaphysical
insights and life lessons. The metaphysical insights and lessons revolve around
improving wisdom through experiencing love, compassion, mercy, gratitude, humility,
sincerity, repentance, knowledge of reality, and the human condition. The highest level
of wisdom capable of being experienced is known as the true self.
Remarkably, Sufi stories do not provide direct answers to difficult real-world
situations. However, they can be immensely helpful in conveying insight and wisdom
closely related to real-world situations. A real-world Sufi Judge who instructs us on what
to think or how to solve difficult real-world situations does not exist. Judges only judge.
Instead, by default, we are responsible for discovering the solutions critically important
to ourselves, our nation, and humankind.
